People approach consultants for their specific expertise. A coach is also a consultant. My approach to consultancy focuses on leadership (supervisors, management, and the board of executive directors), not on the individual worker.
Sample Questions are:
- Prior to the implementation of Signs of Safety: “How can we set up an implementation plan that safeguards the possibility to measure (positive) change?”
- Prior to the start of the implementation trajectory: “Who should take charge of this project in order to draw support?”
- After a training session: “How can we implement Signs of Safety within our organisation?”
- After a coaching trajectory: “How can we ensure the sustainability of positive change?”
