Consultancy betekent voor mij werken aan duurzame verandering op organisatieniveau. Ik begeleid vaak complete regio’s waarin meerdere organisaties samenwerken. Samen realiseren we stap voor stap blijvende verandering — juist in de meest complexe casussen, waar kindermishandeling een rol speelt.
We kijken niet alleen naar de inhoud, maar ook naar de randvoorwaarden die duurzame verandering mogelijk maken: werkprocessen, beleid, overlegstructuren, documentatie en ondersteunende ICT-systemen. Dit is nodig zodat professionals in de dagelijkse praktijk het geleerde ook kunnen omzetten.

Because of learning this approach and learning processes employees fresh out of university can work on worrying child protection cases right from the start, as they have a clear plan on how to involve children, parents, and the whole social network (creating Words & Pictures and very good Safety Plans).
